None of us need reminding of how disruptive Covid 19 has been to our everyday lives. At Workways+ we recognised immediately that we needed to adapt how we delivered our service to unemployed people.
Overnight we went from a face to face service to a remote service delivered through apps like WhatsApp and Messenger. We also contacted people by telephone. Our team and the people we support adapted very quickly and the transition of contact with unemployed people was seamless.
Regardless of whether we contact people using apps, telephone or face to face, the people we support are always guaranteed the best service we can give them.
